At this point I don't really want to pay attention to that, I want to be alert to my other surroundings. (i.e. opponents, blaster fire and dangerous situations) unless of course if that slipperyness is associated with any of that.

When you jump through you land on something slippery which causes you to fall on your backside. The liquid is all over your arms and hands. There's a rancid odor in the room.

If so I want to cut a hole in the floor quickly (if it is a standard building materials and not solid stone or rock)

I want the hole to be a circle 4 foot around, or big enough for stone to be able to fit through. I'm smaller than him so I will be fine.

As you approach the doors, you hear blaster fire. Sounds like it came from beneath you. You see Stone stop walking and tilt his ear down as if trying to get a better listen. Then he turns to you, "Did you hear that?"

I head for the hallway.

It is a large fitness room. It has various exercise machines and benches. Nothing large. On your end of the room you see no doors. As you walk further into the room you find nothing else out of the ordinary. Also you see a set of double doors closed. These are directly across from the hallway opening. If there was light you would've been able to see them straight ahead. For a better idea, you are heading east. Back the way you came is west. South is the wall to the right of the doorways and north is to the left leading to the center of the building. Let me know if that doesn't help lol.

I look around the room, I avoid looking back at the body (I don't do so well with gore either)

This is a large open room, right? Any furniture or cubby holes that someone or something can hide behind? If so I make sure to clear them first, I don't want anyone jumping out from behind them on us. Are there doors opening up to other rooms? If so I go to the first one and peer in cautiously.

Lightsaber out and on, I want the light to illuminate the darker areas of the room as we approach the darkness.

Behind you, you sense a void. Then the smell of decaying flesh and blood hits you like an enraged wampa. He gets up, wipes his face and tries to gather himself together. Stone takes a deep breath then let's it out. He looks at you then gets an embarrassed look on his face. "Sorry to wig out on you there. I really don't do so well with gore. If your not gonna look I don't blame you. There's a body behind you with it's face chewed off or blown off from the inside out. It's not pretty. The arms are chewed up to the shoulder with the bones still intact. And the blood. Theirs blood everywhere. Like it came from more than one body. I'm a little shook up. You lead the way. I'll follow."

I ask him what it is without looking. One of us needs to be able to be in control of our body.

He points at the corner behind you. His eyes get large and he starts retching again.

Well the hallway has to go somewhere right? And a hallway is kinda closed in right? So when a hallway ends, one possibility is it opens up into a room, meaning it's not closed in and tight anymore. It opens up. It's spacious.

I am going to assume you mean I actually go into another part of the building. If that isn't the case please inform me.

I go over to Stone and ask "What's wrong? Why did you get sick?"

Opens up into a large room.

I'm unsure of a couple statements.

When you say the hallway opens up, does that mean I run into another section of the building that has a larger room or does the the hallway physically change or morph into a larger room.

I know that seems silly, I just want to make sure I know what I am dealing with here before I do my next action.

You see no one. When you go into the hallway Stone is gone. You assume he went running after whatever he saw. You chase after. At the end of the hallway, it opens up into a big room. Emergency lights are on in this part of the room but not the back half making it unclear how big the room is. You see Stone kneeling next to what looks like an exercise machine. What's left of his breakfast is beside him and you see more of it come out of him. He hasn't noticed you.

I instantly turn on my lightsaber and whip around.

If i don't see anyone I go out into the hallway and look for who it is. I want to pursue if they are running away.

You find a military id of a man called Gayle Winstrom on the body. As you continue your search you hear Stone yell out" Freeze! Whose there?" You hear a couple blaster shots then footsteps running down the hallway lessening in volume the further they get.
